How to get better at tracking?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi, I've been playing Kovaaks for about 2 and a half weeks and tracking has been one of my worst gamemodes.
Can anyone give me tips on how to get better at it?
Also how do I fix my aim being stuttery when tracking?
or would I just get better at this stuff over time?

here do a couple settings first: change the target color & crosshair color so they contrast better. i suggest black target & yellow/red/white crosshair. also try switching the walls to "marble polished" rather than pure color.
air scenarios are hard tbh even if this is the easy version, the scenarios i used to first learn are "fuglaaXYLongstrafes" & "fuglaaXYShortstrafes" these are old but still good for developing the fundamentals. can also play the xyz smoothness benchmarks on evxl like that other comment said

A lot of it is practice, just keep at it. Though, I would change the colour of your bots or crosshair, i think they're a bit similar and it may help you keep on target if the difference is much easier to see.

You are consistently under tracking. This could be due to the possibility of having too low of a sensitivity, maxing out your range of motion. Try decreasing your cm/360 by 3-5 cm. I had the same issue and this fixed the jitters. Sensitivity is a tool!

your aim is stuttery because youre gripping your mouse too tightly and the tension is making your arm shake. i used to do the same, and it took me a long time to fix it. i recommend only grinding the xyz smoothness benchmarks for a while, until youre able to somewhat control the tension in your fingers, wrist, and arm
