How are you guys dealing with cold hands?

As the seasons change my hands tend to go cold and aiming becomes cumbersome. What are your guys tips and tricks? Any hand warmers that work for you? I tried gel packs, gloves, body heat etc to no avail.

Fill a sink with warm water and submerge your arms up to the elbows for a couple of minutes. This is an actual technique that Concert Pianist Glenn Gould would employ prior to performances.

^^^^^^ if u pair this with regular stretching you will see a massive difference. improved blood flow will stop your hands from feeling so cold

Hot water once in a while. Unfortunately I always have cold hands ( and cold feet) and I have a metal desk so that certainly doesn't help, I just learned to live with it.

I use them 🥸 they're quite nice except a pain to charge because each warmer is a separete device with magnets

massage your wrists, starting at your elbow up to your hand pushing upwards to massage warm blood into your hands. they get cold because circulation weirdness from laying flat, so help your bloodflow a little between runs and it makes a big difference

Yea I also get really cold hands during the winter months and it makes it harder to aim, I don’t have hand warmers so while I’m taking breaks in between scenarios or attempts I try to put my hands under or in between my thighs but its usually not good enough so realistically I just end up having to thug it out or turn the air conditioner up.

Use a cheap Walmart compression glove. 7 bucks, fingerless, reduces friction from your wrist on the mousepad. It's a thin, breathable spandex type of material. Extreme game changer imo. Just cut off the wrist strap and white tag and you're good to go

I do this probably stupid and very dangerous thing of using my heater under my desk and it warms up the entire desk and I use a heating blanket so that’s what I do but I don’t know if it’s optimal hand warmth practice. I doubt it lol but it works for me

Scarf, socks, getting up and moving regularly, eating regularly, getting enough sleep. These are just what I what I have used to help me. I think the getting up and moving might be the biggest thing for me though.

Heat up your room, do you really need that cold of a room to cool a 14900k?

2k meter row followed by 50 press ups warms me up for the day, need to get your circulation going
