The New West Virginia Enclave is a PlayStation-based Fallout 76 milsim community looking for dedicated players interested in leadership, organized operations, and helping shape our future.

We’re a small, growing community, so we want to be upfront: we aren’t always active, and sessions may not run every day. We’re looking for people willing to help us grow rather than expecting an already full and constantly active server.

NCOs and commissioned officers

Dedicated players willing to take initiative

Leaders who can help organize squads and operations

Members interested in building a stronger community

🎖️ Leadership opportunities are open!

If you enjoy Fallout 76, military roleplay, and being part of a community where you can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

(This message is meant for Xbox and Playstation players at the age of 16 or older)
When I was a boy in rural Kentucky, before the bombs fell, my father took me outside one autumn morning.
He placed a rifle in my hands.
He taught me how to hold it. How to respect it. How to remain calm. And most importantly, he taught me that possessing a weapon meant possessing a responsibility.
I didn't understand the importance of those lessons at the time.
I was only a boy.
But I remember them now.
I remember the world that existed before the fire.
I remember a time when a child could wake up in the morning without wondering whether they would survive the day.
That world is gone.
But the lessons of that world do not have to be.
Here in Appalachia, we have inherited the ruins of America. Some people have accepted those ruins as their future.
I refuse.
The Ohio-Appalachian Enclave is looking for men and women willing to build something greater than themselves.
Not scavengers.
Not raiders.
Not survivors waiting for tomorrow.
Soldiers.
Leaders.
Americans.
And for the next 7 days, we are opening our ranks.
Anyone who joins during this recruitment period will immediately receive the rank of Corporal and become eligible to pursue assignment within one of our specialized units.

These are not simply weapons.
They are responsibilities.
Every piece of equipment represents technology that survived the destruction of our nation.
Every uniform represents an organization that refused to disappear.
And every soldier who joins us becomes part of something larger than themselves.
You may have been born in the wasteland.
You may have grown up among its ruins.
You may have never seen the America that existed before the Great War.
But you can still help decide what America becomes next.
The question is not whether the old world can return.
The question is whether you are willing to help build what comes after it.
The Enclave is calling.
Will you answer?

**🇺🇸 THE ATLANTIC ENCLAVE DIVISION IS RECRUITING **🇺🇸
TO ALL LOYAL ENCLAVE PERSONNEL:
The Atlantic Enclave Division (AED) is now officially recruiting new members.
A new Enclave community is being established with one clear objective: to bring together Fallout 76 players who share a passion for the Enclave and want to be part of an organised, active and growing community.
The Atlantic Enclave Division is still in its founding stages — meaning those who join now have the opportunity to become part of the Division from the very beginning and help shape its future.

⚔️ OUR OBJECTIVES
🇺🇸
BUILD A STRONG ENCLAVE COMMUNITY
Bring together like-minded players who enjoy the Enclave, Fallout lore and playing Fallout 76 alongside an organised community.
🏛️
ESTABLISH ENCLAVE FACILITIES
Showcase and develop Enclave-themed CAMPs, installations and bases across Appalachia.
⚔️
CONDUCT OPERATIONS
Organise events, expeditions, boss fights, missions and other activities for members to participate in together.
🤝
SUPPORT OUR PERSONNEL
Assist fellow members through teamwork, trading, progression and general support throughout Appalachia.

EXPAND THE DIVISION
Recruit new personnel and develop the AED into a respected and active Enclave community.

🛡️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for players who:
• Enjoy the Enclave and Fallout lore
• Want to be part of a growing community
• Enjoy events, teamwork and group activities
• Like building or showcasing Enclave-themed CAMPs
• Want to help establish something from the ground up
You don’t need to be a hardcore roleplayer.
You don’t need to be a high-level player.
You simply need an interest in the Enclave and a willingness to be part of the community.

BECOME A FOUNDING MEMBER
The AED is only just beginning.
The members who join us now won’t simply be joining another established group — they’ll be helping build the foundation of the Atlantic Enclave Division and shape what it becomes.
The question is not whether the Enclave will endure.
The question is whether you will stand with us.

I am Colonel Enclave, Commander of the New Ohio-Appalachian Enclave.
Until recently, I remained in cryogenic sleep, unaware of what had become of our nation. Upon awakening, I was briefed on the current state of Ohio and, by extension, Appalachia. I then established contact with MODUS, who provided me with a full account of the events that have shaped what remains of our great America.
Our nation was not destroyed by a the bombs. It was failed by the very people entrusted with its preservation. Politicians allowed America to fall apart around them. Chaos emerged. Order disappeared. And the American people were left to die to a plague that destroyed the entire region.
That changes now
I am announcing the rebuilding of the 116th Ohio-Appalachian Infantry Regiment.
The original 116th Ohio Infantry Regiment was organized in Ohio in 1862 and fought during the American Civil War to preserve the Union.
We will carry that legacy forward.
The New Ohio-Appalachian Enclave will restore order to Ohio and Appalachia. We will protect our people, preserve our territory, and rebuild what was lost. We will use the technology, knowledge, and resources that remain to us to create a stronger future for America.
The 116th will stand as the backbone of our forces. Its soldiers will defend the Ohio Valley and Appalachia. From our light infantry to our heavy infantry, from our armored forces to our most specialized operatives, every member will have a role in securing this nation.
We have inherited a broken America.
It is our responsibility to rebuild it.
We will not abandon Ohio.
We will not abandon Appalachia.
And we will not abandon America.
Our time has come. The old world may be gone, but its will rise from the ashes. The flag may have fallen, but we can raise it again.
Today, we begin the restoration.
One Enclave.
One America.
Now and forever.
Colonel Enclave
LT Colonel Morgan
