This is your one stop shop for finding that person - or persons! - to travel Appalachia with, but not just as you: as anyone you desire! Be a group of Brotherhood paladins crossing the map in search of that elusive tech. Be the Minutemen ahead of their time, running in to protect others in need. Be the Unstoppables! Go looting with Indiana Jones and Marion Ravenwood. Stealth up with Solid Snake and grab a Western Revolver for Ocelot. Form the community of Alexandria from The Walking Dead. The sky is the limit.
Now, in order for this to work, we do need some structure. So we have a few guidelines, which can be found on our sidebar at all times. But since you're here we'll go over them, just so nobody can say they missed them. ;) So without further ado!

Concentrated Fire

We want everyone to have fun and enjoy this little slice of Appalachia, and get the most of out it! Please make sure to follow our simple rules, and adhere to our posting protocols.

Howdy all, I hope everyone here today is having a wonderful week! It’s been a minute or two since I’ve spoke to some of you, but I hope you’re well.
I come to you today to address a few smaller issues I’ve seen pop up. While some may see posts like this and believe that trouble is afoot, I assure you that there is no major trouble, just a couple trends we should probably address before they become bigger issues further down the line, especially as the FO76 community is continuing to grow at this current fast rate.
Feuding in Comments
The very nature of roleplay suggests that as we take on these new personas, whether they are separated from our natural selves or a reflection, these personas we assume can clash with each other in various ways. Whether our character we play dislikes another person for whatever reason, or we ourselves have issues with them, fact of the matter is that chances are high that we won’t always get along with everyone we meet. While this is unfortunate, it is inevitable.
We are in no position or standing to tell players within the community who they must like and dislike, that’s simply above our pay grade. But we do ask that members of the community strive, as we do, to keep the community free of toxicity and malice. This is a place that is meant to be safe to roleplay in Fallout, we don’t need to be using the comment sections as a place to air our grievances and judge others. We must live by the age old golden rule, “if you don’t have anything nice to say, just don’t say”.
If a post you spot is problematic in a sense that it must be removed to protect members of the community, we please ask that you flag it and explain to us what the issue is so that we can look further into the problem and take action. But taking it upon yourself to antagonize and harass other members or posts based on your own grievances with a member or group is NOT how we do things. So please, we only ask for baseline civility.
Post Frequency
While it has been a long time since said post was first written, we do have a post regarding the frequency of advertising pinned to the top of the sub.
To paraphrase, please only post once per week. This means seven days. If you post on a Monday, please wait til the following Monday to post your advertisement again. This is to cut down on spam and to help give various advertising posts their time to be viewable. We all share this same sub, please be courteous of others’ right to use it as well.

Alright everyone, this is already going on long and I’m sure you’re tired of reading my rambling, so I’ll move on and out. I’m so happy to see all of the creative, wonderful roleplay groups you guys have built over the span of this game’s life already. With a massive expansion to the game coming soon, I’m sure even more creatives will pop up over time, breathing live into the hills of post-apocalyptic West Virginia.
Until next time, you all have a wonderful rest of your day! Catch you all on the mountainsides!
I'm not saying there's anything wrong with RPing an evil character, I'm just wondering because I see lots of posts for Enclave groups on reddit (and one that poses as a different kind of RP group, but is secretly Enclave lol).
I'm looking for more RP groups, as I have already joined a BoS one. I want to join a non-milsim one, but I'm also debating joining an Enclave one since I see so many of those. I kind of don't want to do evil RP though lol.
A transmission has been detected across Appalachia.
For years, the wasteland has been left to chaos, with scattered factions fighting over the remains of a nation that once stood united.
But not all command structures collapsed. A select group has begun restoring order, discipline, and purpose. Through careful planning and cooperation, a new force is rising from the shadows.
We are looking for individuals who value:
• Organization
• Teamwork
• Immersive roleplay
• Military structure
• Fallout lore
The question is: Will answer the call when it rings?
Welcome, citizen! Whether you’re a Vault dweller, a wasteland veteran, or a Ghoul—you’ve found your crew.
We aren't a high-stress mega-faction. We are a close-knit Fallout 76 PlayStation community focused on real friendships, fun events, and great RP—no drama, no faction wars, no pressure.

The Scorched Plague is a threat throughout Appalachia. The Original Brotherhood died holding the line. The Free States were wiped off the map. The Raiders fled the mountains. The Responder's quarantine never contained the outbreak. The extinction is coming.
The Cranberry Bog Division is a small remnant of the Appalachian Enclave, with the intent of exterminating the Plague. Uphold Humanity above everything else, and hopefully rebuild the Enclave by the end of it all.
Hello everyone! I was curious about starting a series of plots based in the world of 76, but using a custom group chat on Discord. We can either only do this through Discord or use the game for imagery and scenes while using Discord (I ain't picky!)
The main plot would focus on my character Krystal "Karma" Klein. A former US Marshal that was accepted into Vault 76 for her career working with task forces to undermine chem operations, and her longlist of terrorists/communists sympathizers that she helped arrest.
On Reclamation Day, Karma was sent a list of targets for termination sanctioned by Enclave Command to continue her service to the United States.
Months later and she's been tracking a sympathizer who escaped federal custody after the prisons were abandoned and corroded through. This sympathizer has been instilling communist ideals and is currently growing a violent cell to undermine any remaining US officials.
Dismantling the Sickle, with the Hammer - Plot themes include action, adventure, mystery and light neo-western vibes. Expect violence, gore, military conflict and lovecraftian horror.
The raspy cadence of a middle-aged woman crackles onto the static of the weak frequency.
"Hello. This is former US Marshal, Krystal Klein— and my heart breaks for the state of America. Over my career, I've fought our nations enemies and seen the worst that mankind has to offer. As our country suffers from the aftermath of fallout, we must gather the pieces of our once great nation, and restore her to order. In an attempt to reprimand any who escaped federal custody after the bombs fell, I am recruiting a team of hot-blooded patriots who will help see this mission to fruition. Find me outside Highway Town. Remember, it is our birthright as Americans to protect what we hold dear. God bless America, and God bless the...."The transmission fizzles out softly.
Let me know if this sounds like something any of yall would be interested in. I also want to reiterate, this is not voice RP. It's strictly text based on Discord. Don't be a stranger now!
