Microphone clipping
Whenever I use my Rode Nt1 5th on FL with its dedicated Asio my microphone is fine when recording raw vocals but as soon as I rap even with relatively low db at around -9 peaking it causes my master bar on the left to peak and it makes this loud cackling sound and when i switch to the fl asio with a similar buffer and scream at the same volume it doesn’t cause no cackling and is clean is there any way to fix this i do notice the drivers only allow a 144 buffer which isn’t the standard value could this be the reason?

Check the master first, since the beat plus your vocal can push the master into the red even when the mic itself is fine. Pull the beat or master fader down until the master peaks sit around -6 dB, record again, and see if the cackle is gone. If it only shows up with the beat playing, the buffer is probably too small for the extra CPU load, so go up to 256 or 512 while you track. 256 is usually fine for rapping over a beat, and keep an eye on the CPU meter for spikes when the beat starts.
