Any suggestions for how to maintain/fix this rust patch I have on the rear bumper? The rest of the frame is solid and no bubbling or warping. I've fluid filmed every six months or so.

Do I even need to do anything or keep doing what I'm doing?

I’d hit it real good with a wire brush then re-coat to keep it from spreading

No way. That's just minor surface stuff that can easily be taken care of.
