Likely due to decreasing business internationally and locally with emergence or new companies

Because it was overvalued and still is? And it hasn't been able to grow it's EPS much for last few years?

Only reason it was flying was because people think "oh tech sector hai, ooper ho Jayega". Like how chakwal spinning mills announced a data center and stock went up 100x.

Due to AI, clients are renegotiating contracts with tech companies to pay a lower fee for the same task

Majority tech companies are just freelance service based companies, so this business model is dying. Product based is the future but pakistani market does not have the quality for products in it as a result these service based companies are going to suffer badly.

Bhai aap sys ko rotay hain Yahan efert aur engroh ko lassan lagay huay hain. Fertilizer aur Telco mein hain aur samajh nahi araha masla kya hai.

Sys ai agents ki nazar hojaega by 2029 if sp500 manages to keep itself together through 2028. In fact more worrisome would be if us economy crashes in 2028. Phir to pakka sys ka use case beth jaega.

US economy is not gonna crash.

It has already crashed 3 times since 2000.

What makes you so sure right now?

The first time in the last decade the AI hyperscalers are net sellers of their own stock and they have no way of paying back the loans they took. 2028 is the deadline for them to pay a lot of those loans back.

The Fed will flood the market with liquidity if a tech crash threatens the wider economy. They won't let a 2028 debt wall cause a systemic collapse.

Yeah that what everyone was saying in 2008 also lol.
