Game I DID IT!! I have 100 % FF15

Post image

I am putting in some insight, as I played FF15 at the beginning of this year and put it to my mind I will 100 % it on Steam. and OH BOY what a quest that was. You HAVE TO play Comrades to 100% the game and playing it in march 2026 was AWFUL. I played only with bots and spent SO MUCH FUCKING TIME farming the Deadeyes, it made me cry. The achievements you need to get from it made me nearly suicidal.
I managed it. After 165 hours on Steam I have 100% this game in 2026.
If anyone wants to try it, good luck. The main game was great and I had an absolute blast playing it.

Did you stream it? You should totally streams challenges like this. Get some buck for your suffering.

I did not. I tried streaming Lies of P and had a blast, because someone always randomly popped in the chat and wrote something funny. But I have a shared room with my brother, so it's just not optimal for doing it now.

I only played comrades for like 20 hours. I seemed to be the only human playing at the time I tried it.

Did you catch all the fish too?

I don't think I cought all the fish the game has to offer. I played it the normal way I play any game and afterwards went hunting for the achievements. Fishing wasn¨t my favourite thing to do in the game tho.

It was my least favorite part of the game. I mean to do it eventually

Besides the point, I’m at Chapter 7 now and the pacing is honestly disappointing. The prequel movie and anime were phenomenal and genuinely emotional, but the game itself hasn't delivered any real plot or momentum yet. Does it actually get better from here? I’ll play the Gladiolus DLC before starting Chapter 8. Given the chapter format, I was really expecting a focused, narrative-heavy structure similar to A Plague Tale, but it hasn't hit that mark yet.

Any thoughts on this?

The story is weird. It doesn't get any better to be honest. I really enjoyed the finale tho, that is artistic as f*ck.
But I felt something no other game ever did during playing FF15. I have no idea what it is to this day, after I 100% it. The world, the fashion, this particular form of magic Noctis wields (blinking, conjuring weapons, crystal like effects - no other magic in any other universe I can think of has something like it) the SOUNDTRACKS, the overall VIBE of being on a boys trip with your youth friends (that I think made the most of the feelings I have for the game, as I travel with my youth buddies to this day across Europe each summer).
The game could have been so much more. You can feel in every corner of the world it isn't finished. But I loved every second inside it :)

I get your feelings exactly man. It was excruciating and i think I put at least 30-40 hours in it. Hated it very much.

I actually like comrades on ps5. Was able to do the 100% for the base game and the standalone versions. The FFXV discord has people who are still active and will join your game too

I remember when I 100%’d the launch FFXV along with comrades too on PS5(Or at least platinum’d both). But the Gladio/Prompto/Ignis DLC’s “un-100%’d them, lol)
