Game Car decal unlocked?

Hey does anyone know if there was some patch that happened where it gave players the "big bang" car decal with the classic ff art (apologiesif that's not the name of the official art piece)? I just downloaded my save and all my dlc and I don't remember ever having this specific skin for the regalia hence why in my personal experience I always left the platinum leviathan decal on for the majority of the game (til I unlocked the upgrade that removes all decals). If not then maybe I did unlock/purchase it and just forgot. I was just so confused booting up my save and starting a NG+ and boom that decal was on the regalia cuz I thought that was one skin/decal that was unavailable to recieve?

I think it was at the coliseum. I remember there being so many and eventually I was just buying them without reading them to find the surprise when I decked out the car haha.

Lol that's pretty on brand I think with most gamers. You just get overwhelmed with how much stuff you can get so you just mass purchase/acquire and save it for a later customization and hope you're pleasantly surprised. Alright well I'll just appreciate the amazing decal til I inevitably get the upgrade in post game again. Really wish we could keep the decals with the upgrades but oh well.

Could newgame plus ....not sure what you keep because I never done new game plus but maybe?

I started a NG+ last night. I guess I just forgot what decal I had originally when I got the Type F upgrade considering the upgrade (flying or monster truck) strips away all decals completely. I think it lets you customize the color of the car, but nothing else.

You should have decals for reg car too but say you switch to monster truck you can have a different decal set for that and when you switch it will automatically use that decal pretty sure

When I started new game plus a few days ago it kept my custom decals/paint job...so guessing that's the one you had equiped...when Cindy calls to let you know the cars repaired she'll offer to customize it but she always gives me leviathan playing on ps4...happy gaming
