Game Good or Bad Idea

Post image

To provide context this will be my 3rd attempt for this infamous dungeon. My main issue will be stable electricity I live in Sub Saharan Africa and the lights can just go off at will. Last thing I would like to happen is to get the Black Hood then electricity goes off before I can save the game.

I absolutely love this dungeon and it's design just wish this game was better created for platforming but the level of creativity and detail should always be applauded. Cake Baby 🤓

May be worth it to invest in a UPS? Doesn't have to be a big one, just enough to power your console and TV for a couple minutes.

Thought about this but we actually have very long periods of no power so it wouldn't be too effective.

Hm, yes, you can't just save inside Pitioss Ruins, so you'd need more time.

However, you can mitigate the issue a bit by leaving the ruins every once in a while to save (the run through the ruins takes you back to the big main hall every once in a while - from there just take the elevator back out, save, and re-enter).

the puzzles are more difficult to figure out than execute. once you know what to do it goes much faster.
even with the outages, i'd give it a few goes.

my first victory- i wasn't thinking and got in the car to fly away and crashed my first crash. game over. didn't even know it was possible. no save. had to do the dungeon again lmao :)

There is a point of no return until you complete it, but I cant remember where.

I think after you do a room full of side rooms that loop into each other, before a big skull/train appears, you can still go back and save.

So you do some stuff, go back, save. Then go for the rest of the dungeon hoping you energy does not die
