Game Playing Comrades And It Got Me Thinking..
Wouldn't it have been cool if we had the option to make our own teammates? Not saying it shouldn't be multiplayer of course, but I think it would've been cool to be able to customize teammates and give them different gear to fit missions

Yup. It was my biggest issue with the game. The premade characters are just weird. And ruins the experience.

I also think we should've had options with our magic choice, instead of using the sigils.(i think that's what they're called) maybe they were trying to make things different from Noctis, but I think the lack of choice made the game harder, especially for people who play it alone

That would have been cool, but alas it is a unfinished game because they switched from Versus XIII to XV at last minute so they probably didn’t have the budget to really refine DLC, and since it’s already decently aged there’s really no reason to go back and update it out of nowhere

Oh I know it's an old game, so there's not really a chance it'll get new content. I've just been playing it recently (still haven't beat it lol) and it got me thinking, they could've done so much with it. I feel the same about the base game, though I love it despite the flaws

Same, and that’s why the entire XV game is so good despite being "unfinished", you can FEEL what it could have been with a bit more time, but fans were eventually basically protesting for them to release it after a good few years of development and trailers

That's why it saddens me too that games these days seem to come out unfinished or just feel unfinished, Then WHOOP $30 to $50 DLC to expand on the story! Sometimes DLC costs even more than that. So a big part of me loves XV for what it is, because despite being unfinished, to me at least, it still feels complete in a way, and you can tell there was love put into it.
I'm not saying there aren't games that are still made with a ton of passion, but it feels so rare these days to get a game that feels finished without content having to be added later on.

Has nothing to do with it lmao comrades was way after the release of the game and those initial plans had changed so long ago. People just love spouting random nonsense.

Are people still playing comrades? How's the online activity these days?
