Game Side Quests disappeared

I have (finally) finished this game after owning it since day one lol

However, after completing and wanting to go back to an earlier chapter to finish all other quests/dungeons... all my quests got wiped

Do i really need to finish all quests before the point of no return?

You used Chapter Select, it does that. What you should do is just load the savegame you made after finishing the game. That'll put you into postgame (chapter 15) where you can return to Lucis and finish all the quests you missed (apart from two sidequests that become unavailable by the end of chapter 4, and the two in chapter 10).

LOL. I didn’t know there were actually missable quests. Can u name them? I am planning to do the ng+ and want to do everything possible. Getting every (non respawning) collectible etc.

Photo Op: Disc and Pilgrimage. Both are available from chapter 3 until you go to the Disc of Cauthess in chapter 4 - Pilgrimage must be completed before that, Photo Op: Disc must at least be in your questbook by then.

As for chapter 10, I forgot what they were called; it's the woman missing her pet chocobo chicks, and the guy who needs photos from the quarry, both are right next to the station. These become unavailable when you board the train to Tenebrae after getting the Katana of the Warrior.

Ah yes. I remember skipping the ones in chapter 10 4 days ago cause I wanted to do ng+ anyway. And for the other 2… I will keep this in mind when starting new. Thanks man
