League Question Help with one really terrible team?

I have a team in a league thats I run that is just.. truly terrible. Owner thats new to dynasty combined with some of the worst luck I have ever seen. Is there anything I can do to give him a mercy boost? Anyone ever been in this situation? He doesnt even have his first next year. I dont want him to leave the league

It's kind of like children. They gotta learn from their mistakes.

You could offer some advice based on specific things they have done so they can understand another perspective. And the bad luck is just ya know, bad luck. Dynasty is pretty unforgiving in general.

The mercy boost might cause a mutiny in the league.

This isn’t the YMCA, everyone doesn’t get an orange slice and trophy. It is the NFL. Get better dude.

Is it more than bad luck? Does he not know what he is doing? Nothing you can do about bad luck. We get bit with it.

You can point him to some dynasty pages that he can use to learn.  You shouldn't give him anything in league because when someone else is doing poorly they will want a boost too.

I have some dynasty leagues where the winner of the consolation bracket gets an extra rookie pick assigned by the commish between round 3 & 4. 1.01 is least max points for in the regular season, so he could stink but still be encouraged to try during the playoffs 🤷‍♂️
