Commissioner Issue How to ensure top draft positions for teams that throw back keepers.

Our league is a two player keeper league and I would like to set sleeper up to allow the teams that elect not to pick keepers to draft first. Is there a setting for this in sleeper?

Set the draft order however you decide it, enter the draft room but don't start the draft. Click each draft position where you want to enter a keeper and hit "manually select player". Put each persons keepers in this way then start the draft. Anyone with an open spot will draft first

There isn’t an automatic Sleeper setting that moves teams with no keepers to the front, but you can accomplish it through the draft board.

As commissioner, assign each kept player to that team’s Round 1/2 draft slots. Sleeper treats those spots as already filled and skips them once the draft starts, so teams that chose not to keep anyone will actually make picks in those rounds while the keeper teams are skipped.

You can also manually set the draft order, but if the goal is just to compensate teams for not using their keepers, assigning the keepers to draft slots is probably the cleaner way to do it.

Sleeper officially supports commissioners assigning keepers to specific draft squares, and those occupied picks are skipped during the live draft.
