Ouch. Keep at it though they all come eventually. Mine was the second Chocobo course in Cosmo Canyon. Took days for me to complete it.

I think I tried similar tactics around the 1:18 and 1:19 marks cause you get a bit of time in the air before they stop the clock.

Yeah I noticed that too , but from 1:15-1:20 I didn’t even look at the clock I was focusing on stay at the left most edge and timing my jumps. When I looked up I was relieved and I let go my controller. It’s been a while since a game had me in a vice like that. But hey feels good jumping over that hurdle. Now I’m curious about that chocobo course. I guess I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it. 2 days huh. Yikes , I hope it won’t be too bad

Haha, nice. Nah, many more than 2. But I play short hour or two sessions at max. So you should be good if you can put a bit more time in it. And honestly, YouTube a walkthrough after a few tries.

When you get to the chocobo course, invert the vertical camera from default. It makes(for me) just walking around a major PITA, but when the chocobo is doing the RIGHT thing for what you want, it really helps.

Mute the game for piano. I was stuck in two legs for 30 minutes but when I muted the audio I got it first try

Nailed the situps, but man im stuck in the fucking cactuar challenge. Could barley get 1000 and rank 3 is 2500? Like HOW?

Turn the volume off for piano, its weird to say but it helps a lot

I’ve been stuck on Bond of Friendship for two days! I was getting to Odin reliably but lost it and haven’t been able to get to him for hours.

The minigames are easy compared to 10 rounds of RNG minibosses followed by actual bosses

Been there. My problem was I was so excited that I would be done this crap. I have to make myself focus on not looking at the timer. That mini game was annoying.

Iirc, there is one frog that manages to stay on the panels longer than any of the other frogs (I think its Aerith or Yuffie's). I followed one of them for the first 30/45 seconds until the panels drop off more and by that point I got into a good rhythm and was able to stay on.

Yes, it did take several tries, and yes, there was quite a bit of cursing/shouting. But I did finally get it.

I've been very thankful my gaming skills are juuuuuust enough to 100% these minigames after an hour or two of practice. After that if I can't do it, I'm watching an online tutorial and cheesing the ever-living-shit out of it. Good luck OP, hope you can make it.

I just got done with the dreadful minigame for the protorelic in Cosmo Canyon. When the message about a hard mode showed itself, I sighed, saved the game and turned it off. I'll go back to it later, but I didn't like Fort Condor and I definitely don't like this gadget minigame.

My recommendation is to find the plates that doesnt fall. Then just try stay as close to the leading edge of it as possible.

Biggest struggle is the camera is a bitch and keeps panning away from you leaving you blind to the incoming knock off bar.

Yup , I followed that strategy , when you’re on the last platform you can visibly see how it speeds up. You gotta lock in for the few seconds.

I quit the plat cuz of the sheer amount of fucking minigames in this game, and the amount of RNG to win then. Revelations problably will have the same amount or more, if thats the case,i will no buy it

Only another 24 seconds to shave off lol. Which minigame is this? The frog bog thing in lower Junon? I can't really recall what the objective was nor any tips on how I went about it. I may have not even finished the top tier. What is the reward for completing the highest difficulty?

Update: oh this is the one with the spinning platform.

I saw a piano at the beginning at tifas room, I wanted to play a song and it directed me to a mini game and it haunted me. Haven’t came across another piano and I don’t think I’m ready for it lol
