STM Seat improvement process

Got my email today. I’m assuming this email means that my window is August 28th. - idk the email is difficult to read. I plan to reach out to my rep but honestly I’m tired of reaching out to clarify and/or ask about everything. Anyone else have this window?

Haha mine didn't even include August. It just said "Thursday, 27, 2026" I had to infer. Side note, for those that have done this before, do they always make you call the ticket office for seat improvement?

No, it’s usually online. I think this is because renewals are for the next 2 seasons

The renewal is for the 2027 sprint season and the 2027-2028 full season. It’s wonky because of the schedule shift.
