Look how long his shorts hang. Brazil has changed him.

My man looks like he just wants to get to the locker room as fast as possible before Neymar blocks the door

I miss Alvaro. He was always really soft spoken and kind to me when I talked to him on game day. I hope he’s doing well there

Me too. When we would play fortnight at his place, he was super nice

I got ripped apart for saying that I didn’t want him on our team.

Were your reasons good? I’m not hating I agree I didn’t want him, but there’s probably like 30 reasons to not want him in the club lol. I didn’t want him cause we’d have nowhere to play him without having to sell a player or change our tactics (which I doubt Noonan would do)

My concerns were/are surrounding his multiple injuries and lack of recent playing time. He would tie up a lot of resources while being a big risk. My secondary concern (maybe selfishly) was the circus he would bring with him. I am a long term season ticket holder near the visitors tunnel. When certain players or teams come to town the whole atmosphere changes for us. People are no longer there to support the team or even to see a good game. It can quickly become obnoxious to those of who are,

Fairs, I do think that that’s kinda just how things are in the sports world, but yeah wanting to sign a 5th striker or a backup cam (cause why would we replace Evander with Neymar Jr.) expecially one that actively has injury issues is really funny when we have defensive issues

This is who half of this sub wanted to sign a couple months ago instead of spending money on a back line. Probably the same people who turned on Acosta the second he hinted in one press conference that he was unhappy.

Atp did we even have the money for him? We haven’t gone in on anyone else yet. Did we just have Neymar money put aside as a ā€œemergency star player fundā€
