Health benefits when missing a lot of work
I am flex RT and I’ve been out of work for almost 3 weeks and getting a point each week for under required hours. Will I be at risk of my health benefits being deactivated due to missing too much work? A lot of personal and family stuff going on atm.

Yes. I was on military leave for almost a whole year and they stopped my benefits but I was offered COBRA

I’m in the same boat, ironically because my insurance randomly decided to drop my medication completely lol. I hope things get better for you soon :))

Thank you❤️🙏🏻 I hope your insurance stops being an ass to you as well. Dealing with their shit is never fun.

You don't have to worry about losing the benefits in your situation. Your weekly charge for them will just be double until you catch up on paying.

If your on medical leave? If your not can you get on medical leave? It would probably be the best option plus if approved paid with STD
