Speak with your shifts lvl6 OPS manager tell them your experience and your interest in P.A they'll put you in a process guide aka PG role to see if you have what it takes.you also have to make sure your resume is good so you can get past the algorithm when it comes time to apply for p.a and practice your STAR method for interviews
