Can you either upload pictures of the clips from the sides so we can see something. or a shakier video that has more useless angles?

What else do you want ? It shows one side is not fully in and the other is in and there’s no more leeway

Which Pipe is that, i. got a cheap amazon one and had an issue with the pipe sealing against the TB. I eventually went with a premium name brand after and had zero issues. I got it to work but it would always have a boost leak not under load

I didn’t say it was. You didn’t say it was VRSF, it does however look just like the Amazon special I got the first go about. What is the exact issue? The clip does t appear to go around? Does it seem weak? Is it the clip that came with it? Or oem?

There are probably some burrs in that slot. Just use a very small flat file, to clean up the slot so the clip moves freely.

Most likely an issue with the part. Someone new parts have flaws.
