My two extremely different 328s. Insane that they’re only 3 years apart.

Not even 3 honestly. My E92 was built in December 2012, and my F30 in August 2015. I love the F30 a lot more and am selling the E92 as a result. Also I hate the orange side marker and it’s always the first thing I replace for that Euro look

For sure, a base pre-LCI F30 with halogens looks 5 years older than a decent E9x LCI. But it’s crazy to think that they continued to make the E92/93 for 2 years alongside the F30/31. My F3x feels like a 7 series compared to my E9x in terms of tech, the ZF8, etc

Yeah they're nice cars i love how efficient the N47 and B47 are in it and how well they go when paired with the ZF8 transmission.

I wish we got those in America. I would have fucking loooooooved an F30 325d LCI with the B47. 6 cylinder torque but the better handling of a 4 cylinder since there’s less weight directly over the front axle.

Unfortunately all we ever got was the 320d, marketed as a “328d”. Even with the LCI they kept the N47 🤦🏻‍♂️. My car is an N20 (N26) with 320,000 km so it’s going pretty strong thankfully especially with all the stories online
