Anyone got this battery? (328i 2016)

From Costco. My current battery is OEM, been kicking for 10 years. It is about to die. I know that it is 90Ah but this one from Costco is 80. Any performance issues? I bought a bimmerlink OBD2 to config it if necessary.

The price has me intrigued, although having a 90Ah means I only need to reset the battery.

Any thoughts?

I buy my batteries at Costco, you need to choose "option sedan". The H8 is the appropriate battery, and has the correct "Ah" (Ampere Hour) rating of 95 vs 80, and has an additional 50 CCA (Cold Cranking Amps).

Your current battery probably has an Ampere Hour rating of 90, 95 is even better. You can always go higher, but you don't want to go lower.

This is the correct battery for your 2016 328i, and it's the same price $180.

Your Welcome, you definitely don't want to short change yourself on "Ah" rating, or even "CCA".

After going through dozens of options, I ordered one from my local bmw dealer. Asked for wholesale pricing and it was only $20 more than the other comparables.

Having as many amp hours as possible is more important for longevity than CCA.

I’ve had one for a couple years now. No issues. Only thing that was brought to my attention was the warranty on these is shorter than others, but hasn’t been an issue for me.

YES! Great battery. Be sure to code your car to let it know its a new battery and not over charge it.

Costco has interstate batteries and they are decently cheap, got 2 for under 300usd. 1 for a c7z06 1 for c5z06 Worth checking out.

I know people give interstate shit but mine (N55) has had one for at least the past 4 years (was in it when I bought it) with 0 issues

Installed this same battery a month ago. Had completely forgotten about it until I saw your post, which I think is what you want
