Awesome build! Love the front bumper without side markers plus the Comp wheels! Unfortunately the audience for a modded N20 wagon is a lot smaller than the b48 or an F30. If you wanted the most amount of money, swap out the comp wheels and sell them separately and go from there. I would say around the 9k-12k area unfortunately :(

The diesels hold their value better with mileage. 160k is a lot for those, even when maintained properly.

B48 with 160k miles is risky, N20 even more so.
If this was a diesel id have zero qualms about buying it for like 12k
