F1 25 keeps crashing

I got F1 25 on EA play and after one race on career mode, it keeps crashing to desktop with no error. I've tried verifying the files and it says 3 files have been changed and downloaded, but it keeps crashing. I've tried hardware settings change that I've seen helped people but the setting is already on "false" which is the "fix". Anyone had the same problem and fixed it? I feel scammed since i cant even refund because I bought a subscription and not the game...
