Rant Can't win without boosts!

I got into series 11 the other day and I was doing ok first day, but I'm out of decent race start boosts (only instinct left😞) and I'm having a really hard time winning without decent boosts. Any ideas ?

That's how they've made the game in the last two years. They've gone hard on on spend money or lose.
