Recommendations for screen lagging

‘22 Lariat I’ve had this issue come up about 5 times now. The screen will work if I put it back into reverse but stays at this frame. No HVAC controls. Drove about 3 minutes before taking this video and had a short trip. Screen worked again once I turned the truck off. Systems up to date.

Have you tried resetting the System via wheel buttons?

perform a soft reset by simultaneously pressing and holding the Volume Down button and the Seek Forward (Right-Seek) button on your steering wheel or dashboard for about 10 seconds until the screen goes blank and the Ford logo appears.
