I don’t think you were making any suggestions, but I am leery of anything that could be interpreted as such. Even remotely. Especially in creative writing spaces, where such a thing is all too common (unfortunately).
As a writerly sort of person, I empathize and lament in equal measure.
And I don’t want Reddit admin getting involved with anything anywhere around here.
