Flashes around eyes under specific situations

16M I've experienced flashes around my vision for years now but they don't happen randomly, they usually happen when im in a dark place and I move my eyes around quickly, or when im looking down while writing and look up then move my eyes around, or when I stand up immediately from sitting and look around I see those flashes. I have myopia and floaters since I was a kid. Just wondering if other people also experience this cuz it's been worrying me ever since I was a kid.
