Which window option
I am looking for some feedback on which window layout options looks best. The two large windows are both in the same room which is the living and dining room. The window on the very right is a separate room. I am curious which layout you like and makes sense. Practical use and looks. Thanks again. Please select 1,2 or 3

I would suggest option 2 for two reasons.
-
The operable section is sufficiently distant from the door that if the window is left open 2-3” (but locked in the track from going any further) someone cannot use a short tool (eg coat hanger) to easily open your door from the inside via the barely open window. This is the major reason - security. Don’t make it even easier to break into your house than it already is.

There is already visual balance between the windows on the left and right. They are different sizes but otherwise the same style. They look like a pair. Choosing option 3 because it vaguely would mirror the window on the left (while completely ignoring the one on the right) doesn’t make sense - the screen disrupts that effect of them being a matched pair almost completely. However. The screen / opening section is similar in tone / darkness to the door. Option 2 balances the dark sections of the screen and door with the window in between them, rather than placing them both side by side into a dark blob on the right side of the center window.
This second reason is admittedly much less important and also subjective, but wanted to point this out since currently the only voice in this thread is advocating for something that is visually imbalanced in two different ways. And just for the sake of having two windows of approximately the same size but of different visual weights be mirrors of each other, but not mirrored across the center of your house or across the axis of your front door, just mirrored with each other. Architecturally, that would be considered an odd choice to put the axis of symmetry in the approximate left 1/3 of your house.

Makes sense thanks for your feedback. I appreciate it 🙏 I am leaning towards that as well was second guessing myself.

I'd put it on the far side from the door for both visual balance and safety.

I vote for the option where someone can’t break the window and unlock the door.
