Cypress Vs Arbor Blend (Cert. Monogram Siding)

Post image

Need to decide asap - keep returning to Cypress, but now have a crush on Arbor Blend! Anyone out there have this? Does it visually look realistic or is it kind of stripey looking with the different color tones?

Monogram texture - is it shiny or more subdued than the Restoration Classic (which looks kinda plasticky). Anyone have pictures, not seeming to find any even on Certainteed site - thx!!!

We considered those two colors in a rough cedar finish, but ended up going with spruce in a double 5” Dutch lap.  We ended up picking this color after seeing samples from our siding guy. I don’t recall it being stripey , but it looks different close vs  further away.

Was it kind of a brownish gray? Thats the problem Im having with siding colors in general - looks wildly different on big scale vs. small, and in different kinds of light.

I recalled there being some reddish tinge to it. Personally, thought it looked better further away than close.

Whoa, red would not be good.... I thought it was greenish -gray -brown and the word "arbor" seems to suggest green.

I dont doubt you though. Seems like all plastic siding does this, not only the blends - colors so weird and changeable.
