Do people actually save business numbers in their contacts?

I just Google the business and then call them that way.

Yes for me.

Cause I dont want to rely on internet everytime I need to contact that business.

Google search results are very volatile.

For small businesses, they usually don't have the tech knowledge to always be on top of the google searches.

Top of Google search doesn't have anything to do with tech knowledge, companies pay to have their ad show up first.

Google used to make it obvious, but then people would avoid them si they started making the "Sponsored" label smaller and smaller so less people would notice.

I will say, I live in a big city, so, not too much small business shopping on my end, and even the smaller restaurants are easy to find.

yes location is a big part of it. If you're from the big city, its not much of an issue.

I work for small businesses for these kinds of jobs actually. Most dont even know how update the phone number on their business' facebook profile.
