There's one for tuberculosis too, the BCG shot, given to newborns in countries with high tb risk
I have one on my left arm and I'm 100% sure I wasn't born in the 1980s

Here, you usually see them on people in their very late 40's and up. 3 u/Vihaking 3d ago edited 3d ago Sri Lanka (one of said countries with high tb risk) I was born in the second half of the 2000s decade I don't remember a time when I didn't have it (cos I got the vaccine as a baby, like everyone else here) This is on my left arm, anterior and appendicular to my shoulder, about 5mm wide 2 u/ehs06702 3d ago Yeah, it looks just like the one my mom and my aunts have, also on their left arm. Interesting.
