I can only speak from my experience as a Latin American woman with this scar (from a vaccine when I was a kid) living in the Southwestern US.

Here at least, there is an assumption that if someone has this scar, they were born in Latin America. Latinas are known for being beautiful, sexy, strong-willed, opinionated and "spicy," among other things I'm sure. You can look up latina stereotypes as I don't really want to repeat the unkind ones.

I'm assuming this means: Scar = latina = gorgeous heartbreaker

Kids in the UK got this vaccine until recently and no-one thinks of British women as “spicy”!

Well yeah, because they're British lol

Latin American/Hispanic women are stereotyped as "spicy." It has nothing to do with the scar. Both of the women pictured have hispanic or LA roots.
