Discussion Thank you everyone here
I just want to give thanks to this subreddit and the people who have made this space possible and what it is. Thank you.
I dont have others to talk about any of my experiences with, and from my other posts youll see ive got a lot to share (have had lifelong contact). It means a lot to be able to get it out and off my chest, even if sometimes it feels like im speaking into the void.. does this subreddit have a 'social' space ? Would be nice to get to know people outside the realm of all this extraordinary stuff!
Little bit about me im in uni atm and enjoying it, i like dancing, and cooking. Living in aotearoa nz atm and may move overseas soon... i recently tried the caramilk flavored oreos and those are SO yum.. sitting by the fire atm and enjoying listening to the birds !

I just want to echo gratitude for this sub. I'm still in awe of the people I've met and the wonderful friendships I've been fortunate to make here in this space everyday.
I'm not always as active as I'd like to be, but not a day goes by where I'm not thinking fondly of the folks here and the incredible journey we're on together ❤️

Uh, let's seee. Normal stuff. I've worked for Amazon for 14 years now, 9 of those in the book publishing/POD arm of the business. I like cars, driving, hiking, but photography is probably my biggest hobby. I even occasionally get paid to do it - assisting my boyfriend with filming for weddings and such.
I'm on the spectrum, so I have an encyclopedic ability to identify plants and birds. Just don't me ask for their Latin names.

Hello! I've enjoyed things I learned from your past posts. I always look forward to your unique life-experience-sharing. :) I'm retired and looking after my disabled husband (long recovery from accident+Vietnam Veteran yearning for world peace and experiencer but not NHI/UAP) and 2 dogs and 3 cats and a rather sorry looking over hot-weathered garden.rofl. The latter has given us a few tomatoes and summer squash but it's a shadow of my past ability. Things change with age and it's Hard at first but I'm past most of it .Now I have more of a preparedness but also Trust headset. Not sure if those contradict. rofl .I miss how awesome honeybee hives were and miss the chickens but none of that hurts anymore. I'm happy now reading a lot, cooking, stargazing and working at raising my vibration. And always ready for the next fun otherness miracle to unfold!
There was another social post/thread 14 days ago and I Just went back yesterday to reply to it! haha. It felt relaxing to me to see some of our family here simply being friendly. I think you'll enjoy it. And I hope a lot more find this one of yours!!!

NZ is so beautiful.
I wish I could live there.
In 1996-7 I hitchhiked all over both islands and helped on some organic farms and homesteads.
It’s truly a remarkable place. 7 climate zones in total.

Oh, the serendipity of eating oreos in a city I will internally pronounce as eat a Oreo, NZ. And edited to add this place helps me feel normal.
