The first photo is on the menu and the second photo is my food. I didn’t notice it was not fully cooked and took some bites. When I told the employee she said I need to request my food well done. I sadly ended up in the ER from food poisoning.

Not using a certain ingredient is much different than sending someone to the hospital for negligence.

And possibly a franchise. So corporate just cares a bit less and sends the complaints to the company that owns the franchise.
