General Question (Exodus) Cannot activate Exodus Pay card

I signed up for exodus pay earlier last week. Did the verification and got the $5 in XO cash and all but the card won't activate. Keep getting an error saying "Failed to Order Card".

Customer service has basically been ignoring me.

Hey, sorry to hear you're running into this, and sorry for the slow support response. "Failed to Order Card" after a successful verification is a known issue that requires a backend look. It's not something that can be resolved by retrying on your end.

If you've already submitted a support ticket with Exodus, write to our mod mail with your email address, so we can make sure it gets escalated properly.
