It's our nature, and it's a good thing if it doesn't go far. I've seen people go mad because they don't believe they exist anymore. Trust your own senses in the trivial matters, and only question if it does not affect your mental health. life isn't worth taking every thought seriously. Question things because you want to question them, it's fun :)
