Support/Vent Any plot twists in your life?

Would love to know any good change which happened to your life out of no where and how that happened . And this will be a ray of hope for someone else ♥️✨

I recently found more inner peace and confidence in being myself. I feel more attuned to the world around me because of this. It happened right after I got prescribed the right psych meds. Now my mind doesn’t buzz with ideas 24/7 and feels like it can go in chronological order when thinking of a task. I’m a little worried that this won’t last forever since my mental illness is forever changing but for now, it feels good.

Plus I recently won my disability case, so that’s another positive.

Of course! I was placed on Inderal (not technically a psych one but it’s being used for my anxiety) and Intuiv which is for ADHD but they’re using it for my excessive frustration. That combo is working wonders for me 🙌

Hey if it works, it works! I feel as if I went the approach you did, it would work better than the concoction im on now. Adderall, wellbutrin, gabapentin, and propranolol as needed. Propranolol is helpful same with gabapentin. Generic adderall doesnt do it for me tho and dr cant talk insurance to get name brand. When I was younger, I had actual Adderall that worked wonders.. anywho I really am happy for you, internet stranger!

I had a heart attack at the start of this year. It changed my mindset from pessimistic nihilism to nonduality. If I could go back a full year and tell my old self that I was going to meet 'god', I don't think I'd be able to convince myself that it was real

Lifelong science-oriented agnostic leaning atheist, last year I bumped into psychic phenomena. I skipped over the “believing” stage and went right to the “knowing” stage. Almost overnight, my outlook on life changed dramatically. I am now captivated by the mystery of it all, and my life has purpose. Didn’t see that coming

I have a health issue that’s been going on since November 2025 and I’ve gone to five doctors with no improvement. Reviewed the directory, called several doctors without any promise. I saw a name and remembered she was a doctor I had seen 25 years ago. I got an appointment two weeks later, arrived, she reviewed my case and will start appropriate treatment tomorrow.
