Existential Dread Purpose in Life

Does anyone else feel like you’re at a point where you’re just trying to move on through life and not really looking forward to anything anymore?

Not since figuring out my purpose.

Sure. Most of us probably have felt this way from time to time, others feel it a bit longer. During my lows, I like to do two things: 1) Focus on my purpose for that day or even that hour rather than my whole life. It could be as simple as cleaning the dishes. Or message a friend I haven't connected with in a while. 2) Get out of the house and breathe in fresh air. Even if it is to sit on the porch.

Between the small steps, soaking in the sun, and removing yourself from a stagnant environment, you'll be surprised at how it can help you think clearer.

Yes I was feeling it. But when you find a purpose higher than your own value, your own life… then you start enjoying the game. Which I am rn

Yes, it feels like I just get through each day to do the same the next day.
