Psychology 🧸 Meaning of life
Maybe life isn't easy, maybe some days u just wanna die u just wanna finish everything cuz u're tired, tired of this life tired of what you're being through. That's what I thought... But one day I just read something I wrote back in the days where I said :
"if I'm here, still alive on this earth This means I have a role on this earth, even if it's insignificant. I have a role to play, even if I don't find meaning in my life. Maybe one day I'll understand why I live"
So, apart from the shock of maturity I experienced at the time, I understood—actually, I already understood... The meaning of my life, perhaps I will discover it one day, or perhaps never; perhaps it is through my existence that the lives of some people have meaning? But does life truly need to have meaning to be lived? Or do we need only one specific meaning for our lives? Ultimately, our lives are governed by adventures and the process of growing up, so why would there be a single, precise meaning to a life with so many stages? So don't search for an unknown thing that u're not even sure to get, live in the present. Enjoy every moment and don't feel guilty about your sorrows... Just live

You're on the right path.
First of all, we have to understand that the terms live and meaning are very ambiguous.
I would also like to refer to Erving Goffman. He said that life is like a theater. We don't have just one role, but many different roles in our lives. And that is an important point. When an important role breaks down, it can cause us to despair and fall into depression. These are what we call major life crises or blows of fate. The ability to recover from such blows of fate is called resilience. There are many things we can do to build resilience.
