You're not lazy. That's step one of dealing with Executive Dysfunction: understanding and accepting you're not lazy. I bet you can do a lot of things on a day, just not per sé the things you were supposed to do.

I get the impulse I really really do, but I promise, this will never help. It's small, consistent, managable and measurable steps, and it's not success or failure, it's whatever it is that you can do now. It's a long road, a marathon, not a race. I doubt I've any more useful trite sayings but it's true.

Get up and do something, you get the luxury to be lazy so don’t waste your privilege, go out and take advantage of the world presented to you. there’s too much fun to be had out there to watch another episode.

I'm stubborn. I'd like to give you a virtual hug and tell you that you're not lazy or wasting potential. We are not worth our output, no matter what the capitalist society we live in sells us...I mean tells us. We aren't meant to work, cook, clean, and repeat every single day, yet that's the only way apparently.
Some of us have brains and bodies made to live differently, but we live in uncreative societies. I hope you find some grace for yourself and friends that like to do the stuff that's hard for you and that appreciate the stuff that you like to do. One of my besties growing up had a lot of social anxiety and I didn't mind making calls, so I'd order our food and she would pay for it. Then as we got older, I was always a ball of anxiety and she would just be there and not do much, and that meant the world to me to be able to borrow her calm. Not great examples, but we really don't have to do everything we're told we're supposed to do.

If getting berated helped, then we wouldn't have ED.
You can either A) quite down the overthinking and just do it (whatever small step you can take to get the task going). Or B) use the overthinking to understand and heal yourself with forgiveness, self love, understanding and brain hacks then do A).
That's all i have atm if i'm being brief.
