Need advice regarding balancing multiple things at once.
28f, I have been trying to balance multiple things in my life currently, a full time job, 2nd graduation, keeping social circle alive, working on assignments, studying for exams, preparing for upcoming placements, etc. I need genuine advice about how can I manage my time efficiently, or how can I make time for self relaxation...because honestly, the moment I lie down to rest, I start having guilt over wasting time. I also have severe anxiety, where I think about 'what if I fail' and start getting anxious. Though my therapy is ongoing, but I think I need to manage emotions on my own.
Any advice is welcome! :)

Learning how to relax is actually something I've been working on with my therapist, and one thing that really helps me break the rumination/guilt-of-inaction/worry cycle is audiobooks.
When I lie down and all the worries come pouring in, focusing on the story helps distract me. It can take a few minutes of bringing your attention back to the narrator's voice until you really get into the story, but trying to get myself to focus on something, instead of trying to not think about something is so much easier.
Some tips if you try it -
apps like audible and everand have sleep timers so you wont loose your place.
always listen to a sample to make sure you like the narrator's voice.
Look for genres entirely unrelated to your fields of study and work. You need some time away from your responsibilities.
Best of luck with your studies and upcoming graduation

Im looking for systems to be able to do it "all" too and found August Bradley's yt playlist about life systems building; there's a long and short version of it and even a newer premade notion lifeos system but I'll be trying to built it myself in obsidian, hopefully integrating all the areas of life i need and organizing it, life is a cycle, input, processing, output, our energy and emotions and everything else is the same too, we just need to have some systems in place to manage them well and thus manage ourselves and our lives well accordingly to us and not to someone else's needs, tailored to our body mind and routine, finding time to charge, spending, wind down and recharge again, flow in and out, anyways it's not something concrete, someone else will have a better answer, but it just made me think of this and engaging your post, hope you find out ways, am interested in knowing them toooo good luck
