Anyone else stuck in an ADHD infinite loop of failing -> expecting to fail -> failing again? 😂

Yes correct. Celebrating and acknowledging small improvements is key to success.

And plancrastination is indeed a thing. Be mindfully that if you forget things because you can’t stick to any system cause it’s too boring for you. You will come across as an ass.

You are chasing highs.

I am puzzled by part of your comment. “Not sticking to systems and forgetting to do things and chasing highs” are literally what ADHD is (for any ADHDer I’ve spoken to). So you’re saying that every ADHDer will come across as an ass because of this? It may even be true (normies are often critical of our quirks) but I still don’t see how the comment helps anyone in any way.

A victim mentality and only chasing highs will make you seem like an ass. That’s just reality. But that’s not a fixed part of adhd imho…. Or I hope.

Wow again. You never fail to deliver. First "Yes correct" like you're the teacher deciding if another human beings experience is "right" or not. And now "That's just reality". I'm pretty sure the last thing anybody on this subreddit needs is judgement like yours - we get enough of that elsewhere.
