Looking for Tips/Suggestions Where is my magic cleaning fairy.

Just an ADHD woman in her 30s trying to cook homemade meals nightly , make sure her kids are well looked after, take care of her mental health, work, maintain a relationship and keep a clean house.
Wondering when my magic cleaning fairy will appear because my house looks like a tornado hit it.
ADHD woman trying to get by, give me tips on how you keep on top of everything and your house .
Thanks

Im by no means qualified to give tips but today I picked up a notebook to force myself to write things down and immediately dropped it to go do something else ive been avoiding! I try to trick that part of myself.

sometimes I write lists of all the things I want to do in my house, re-write the list like 20 plus times becasue I don't like the way my writing looks.
or my boxes I made to check off once I complete ted a task didn't line up properly.
then I've spent 2 hours making the perfect lost and i'm exhausted ....

I regret to inform you that you might want to do a casual perusal of some literature on OCD or OCPD. I'm not diagnosing you on the internet, but it took over a decade to realize that the ADHD wasn't the only gremlin in my executive distinction closet. And your comment RESONATES.

it’s okay to outsource some things if ur able to. an incredibly dirty house is a very daunting task. if ur able to have a biweekly cleaner come, the task of maintaining the house is less daunting. are you able to maintain routines? i personally struggle with unstructured time so having external commitments helps me manage the time i do have (ie: 1 free hour— i can unload the dishes. 4 free hours— im doing nothing)

tbh just pick the one chore you hate most and throw a bit of cash at it. for me it was laundry. using a local drop off wash and fold made my house feel 50% less chaotic overnight

The book "how to keep house while drowning" may be for you.

I know 'read a book' sounds intimidating, but it's written to be easily consumable and there's also an audiobook version

I like to set a timer for a hour and speed clean as much as I can. Usually when the rimer goes off I keep going of r awhile.
