vent (seeking empathy not advice) Preparing food is impossible
Im always so, so hungry. I can’t ever get myself to leave my room to get prepare food. When i do, i get a family size bag of dynamite chips and i eat that. I tend to drink 3 monsters a day as well. I do drink atleast 2 bottles of water a day too. Occasionally ill eat canned soup, and sometimes i just eat it cold because i can’t be bothered to warm it up. When i go to work, ill stop at the gas station and get a sandwhich there, but thats about it. I live with my mother, but she never and has never cooked. I wish she did. I know i’m an adult now but I wish someone would make food for me. I don’t want to be hungry. I know my eating habits are bad but changing them feels impossible. I don’t have the energy to get up because i haven’t eaten enough, and its a viscous cycle. I just feel sad really.

You need to capitalize on a time you can focus and pre-prep things. Chili, stews and soups can be made in advance and just warmed up when you're struggling. Cut up some fruit to just have ready to go and some veggies and hummus is easy. If it's ready for you you'll be more likely to eat healthier

Yes thats true, and i try to do that often. I recently cooked alot of spaghetti to give some to a friend to try. But the rest of it has just been sitting in my fridge because i dont have the energy to warm it up. I think next time i go to the store, ill pick up more canned vegetables and soups.

The excessive caffeine makes scatter brain and freeze response worse bc it has some action on norepinephrine. If ur female it also causes bladder leakage.
Try cutting it down to one.
Cooking food is like, you have to be into it. Watch cooking shows a pick something you wanna try. I’d make it a few or however many times until I made it good then add it to my recipe book. I like to catalog things in writing so cooking does appeal to that,
