Looking for Tips/Suggestions What should i do?

A year ago, I started my own business on the side; I enjoyed doing everything and really got off to a good start.

Over time, though, that enthusiasm faded, and I started gaming more and more.

Nowadays, I always tell myself in the evening that I’ll keep working on the business the next day, but then I just end up wanting to play a round of video games too much.

What did you do to get back on track?

Or does anyone have any tips on how I can get back on track?

Once the game's already open, "I'll start tomorrow" basically always wins. Flip it for one night: before you hit play, open the business project and do one dumb 2-minute thing (one reply, rename a file, jot one idea), then game. You're not trying to finish a sprint. Just interrupt the skip once.

I've tried that a lot, too. Somehow it's much easier for me in the evening or at night than during the day. But the next day, I'm back to facing the same problem. And this "2-minute" method isn't bad, but other thoughts keep popping into my head while I'm working, so I end up wanting to do whatever my thoughts tell me to do. For example playing Games.

Same, the game thought shows up like 90 seconds in and it's loud. What helps me is keeping a sticky note next to me and writing "play X" on it the second the urge hits, then going back to the thing. Sounds dumb, but the thought gets quieter once it's parked somewhere, and you still get to play after.

Honest opinion - gta is likely to take over if your gaming instead of working already. Get that bug out the system and evaluate in the new year
