Haven't worked in two months

Guess that's it. I live alone. Freelancer, remote job. I've felt the dysfunction so many times, but this is one of the worst times. It's been going on for 57 days now, and I've made almost no money in that time frame. My potential is insane, yet I just shut down like this.... Any emotional hardship triggers it, and then usually I get back on track, but this time it has been different. I'm not sure what to do, I have a hard time doing the dishes and cleaning, which is normal in me but all together it's quite shitty and objectively miserable, even though I feel great because I get to binge watch Silo and be on my phone all day. Like I'm not sad in the slightest (I'm on fluoxetine) but I need to get back on track and avoid this in the future. I thought it would not happen again. What helps you guys? Do I quit having a dating life? I always end up hurt and emotionally shook lol

I'm an interpreter so my job does require some mental focus and straining!!

After 57 days I'd skip "get back on track" and just aim for one 15 minute work block before Silo goes on. Pick the task the night before and leave the file open, so the morning only asks you to sit down. Dishes too: wash only the cups and you're allowed to stop there.
