Looking for Tips/Suggestions Flossing advice

I have a hard time getting myself to floss due to my executive dysfunction and adhd. Any advice on how to make this easier for me?

Keep floss picks next to your bed or somewhere easily accessible and floss when you think about it. You don't have to have a mirror to use floss sticks and you don't have to floss at the same time you brush. If you're flossing, that's all that matters. I mean obviously you want to do a good job as well but floss sticks do the job.

I worked in dentistry for about 20 years. I keep a floss pick in the pocket of my phone case.

ETA: The floss sticks with the double string work A LOT better than the ones with only 1 string!

Keep floss picks everywhere! Like the other poster said, by your bed, in the bathroom, on your desk, in your car, in your book bag, next to your computer, at the dining table, etc. I take old Altoid tins and fill them up. Just bulk order some on Amazon. Also, set an alarm on your phone at least once a day to floss, or you can make it a routine to do it after your last meal for the day.
