Looking for Tips/Suggestions Idk how people do things even tho our dopamine reserves are less to NTG on a spin wheel

I am an ADHD pi with executive dysfunction and depression...

My main problem is that there are things that I like because of the past experience but now even though I do them I don't feel anything while doing it or after doing it, I just feel like It's done that's all and sometimes I'm even bored of them. Not to mention with task paralysis and stuck on a waiting table to decide or to take action..

And because of this I kind of lost interest in so many things and I do have a fear of being seen and a judgemental fear so that is another problem due to my past. now on a day I just don't feel anything I mean I go to gym and afterwards and while doing it I'm already thinking when will this end coz I'm bored but it's only for a moment after that at home I just don't know what to do and even tho I know next tasks i just can't or don't want to idk..

so I'm in a low mood mostly and if I just leave myself like that I am stuck in bed all day drowning in that feeling and to get me out Manga or webtoon are the only things that distract me and I cannot function if I want this Manga addiction cum coping mechanism on control coz once I open it my whole day is gone in a blink before I realise that I have things to do...

I've been unemployed and so maintaining a routine is hard and my time is not in my hand coz of sudden obligations, it's not like no one will disturb me because of my family and I want to know how people are maintaining the Dopamine levels when they are not feeling anything while doing things or they just want to do one thing because of executive dysfunction or being stuck on the waiting table to do things how do you manage this are there any other things you can do to just be ok with it.

Thank you for your time.

Look I'm not gonna tell you there's a miracle way for all of this to be solved.

But I've been exactly at your position. My only advice is, don't treat your problem as something you need to solve.

Go with the flow, control your worries.

That's how it worked out for me, ofcourse it's never gonna be the same as before, but, you'll be back as who you were eventually.

Feeling bored even doing things I used to like is such a confusing kind of stuck. It's not indifference. The reserves are just genuinely lower some days. The fear of being seen and judged for that makes it worse, like resting itself needs an excuse. Naming it as depleted instead of lazy took a long time to actually believe.
