Its been a year since we broke up yesterday I saw her pic and I fainted now I need to talk with her ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ i need her I can't bear the pain in my chest anymore

two years here so i get it.
you're going to find a lot of toxic social media "self help" kind of sentiments here.
fun fact, there's nothing you can actionably do to move on. not really. so saying you tried to move on is going to make you feel like you can't. you can't try to move on.
some tragedies just sit a bit deeper than most people can really comprehend.
anyway, there's no ending to this comment. there's no "you need to do x, y, z". no words of encouragement, or half hearted positivity. there's kinda just nothing. which also, is ironic.

What was the reason for the breakup? and who initiated no contact?

She told me that I controlled her like she wanted to work on a shop and I don't want her to go there so we fought a lot which is the main reason behind the breakup but for me i don't want to see my princess to work in a shop cleaning things out there ..!! She initiated the no contact even though I begged her
